Shipping Policy

Sales Tax
The sales tax charged depends on where the order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

Shipping Time
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Rates
Priority, Express and Parcel Post is available via USPS shipping. Shipping charges are calculated by USPS by weight of items plus estimated packaging. Oversized or special delivery items may be subject to a Delivery Charge in addition to the above standard shipping rate. We offer free ground shipping on orders of $75 and more. If shipping to multiple addresses, each shipment must meet or exceed $75 to receive free shipping. This offer does not apply to overweight handling charges, cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. Program is subject to modification at any time without notice.

These additional delivery charges and shipping upgrade charges may not be eligible for combined, reduced or free shipping offers.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size of your package.

Undelivered Packages
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we are able to ship the majority of Little World Peas items to these two states. If for any reason a problem arises, Little World Peas customer service will alert you directly and reserves the right to cancel those items in your order. You will not be charged for any item that does not ship to you.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Please contact Little World Peas customer service directly at custserve@littleworldpeas.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship via USPS to a P.O. Box.
